How to Install IPTV on Smart TV, Fire TV Stick and Android (Step by Step)
To install IPTV, install an IPTV player app from your device’s app store, open it, choose the login-details option and enter the credentials from your welcome email. Before you start
Have your welcome email with the server address, username and password, a connection of at least 10 Mbps (25 Mbps for 4K), and a device that is on, online and up to date. Copy and paste the details instead of typing them: capital letters count and a stray space will make the login fail.
The five steps
- Open your app store. Use the store on your device and install the IPTV player app our support recommends.
- Launch the app. Choose the option to log in with a username and password (or a server address).
- Enter your login details. Paste the details from your email, with no space before or after.
- Wait one to two minutes. The channel list loads the first time.
- Browse and enjoy. Explore by category, search by name and add favourites.

If something goes wrong
