Your login details
They are in the email you received after payment or your trial request. Use the “Copy” buttons rather than typing them.
Step-by-step setup guide
Choose your device: the steps appear just below.
Something wrong? Quick fixes
Most problems take under 2 minutes to fix. If not, support replies every day.
The picture freezes or stutters (buffering)
1. Test your speed: 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. 2. Prefer an Ethernet cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. 3. Restart the app, then your modem or router. 4. Turn off any VPN to test. 5. Update the app. If the problem continues, write to support with your device name and the time of the drop.
Can I use a VPN?
A VPN can slow the connection and cause drops. If you have a problem, turn it off to test.
My login details are rejected
Copy and paste them from the email, with no space before or after, keeping capital letters exactly. If that does not work, write to support.
I see no channels
Wait two minutes, restart the app and check your device’s date and time.
I can’t find my login details
Look in your spam folder and the secondary tabs of your mailbox. If the email is still missing, write to support and we will resend it.
The program guide (EPG) is empty
Open the app settings and refresh the guide, then wait one to three minutes. If it stays empty, contact support with your device name.
A message says too many connections or streams
Close the app on your other devices, wait two to three minutes, then reopen it. If it keeps happening, contact support to check what your plan allows.
Live TV is a few seconds behind
A slight delay compared with traditional broadcast is normal over the internet. To reduce it, use an Ethernet cable, restart the stream and keep the app up to date.
Which app on which device?
Support tells you the name of the IPTV player app after your order or trial request.
